Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown in Egyptian pounds. Shipping is charged separately at a flat 80 EGP. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and receive the shipping fee. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was published in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details.

Payment

Orders are cash on delivery. You transfer the 80 EGP shipping fee to confirm the order before dispatch, and pay the value of the products in cash to the courier on delivery.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel before the order is dispatched by contacting us, and we will refund the shipping fee. After dispatch, the Refund and Return Policy applies.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, but manufacturers change packaging, formulas and shades from time to time, and colours can look different on different screens. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant, or are using prescription treatments, speak to a doctor or pharmacist before starting a new product, and patch test anything new.

Intellectual property

The K-Style Seoul name, logo, site design, photography and written content belong to us or to our suppliers, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
