Shipping Policy

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt through Bosta and other courier partners.

Delivery time

2 to 5 business days, depending on your governorate. Cairo and Giza are usually at the shorter end of that range, and remote areas at the longer end. Our working days are Sunday to Thursday. We are closed on Friday and Saturday, so orders placed on those days are processed on Sunday.

Shipping fee

A flat 80 EGP to all governorates. We do not currently offer free shipping.

How payment works

  1. You transfer the 80 EGP shipping fee to confirm the order. We send you the transfer details on WhatsApp after you place it.
  2. Once the shipping fee is received, we dispatch the order.
  3. You pay the remaining value of the products in cash to the courier on delivery.

Tracking your order

You receive a tracking link by SMS once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery attempts

The courier will call you before delivering. If we cannot reach you across the courier's delivery attempts, the order is returned to us and cancelled.

Address accuracy

Please give a complete address including governorate, area, street and a nearby landmark, plus a phone number that is reachable during the day. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delays.
