Refund / Return Policy

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions below.

Your right to return

Under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may return a product within 14 days of receiving it.

Condition of returned items

• The product must be sealed and unused, with its original packaging and safety seal intact.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
• Free gifts and promotional items must be returned with the original order.

Discounted and sale items

Products bought on discount or as part of an offer cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, which we always cover.

How to return an item

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item.
2. We confirm the return and arrange a pickup with the courier, or give you a return address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we confirm the refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by the same method you used to pay. We process the refund from our side within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 2 to 5 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and the outer packaging. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including the shipping fee.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item under this policy and place a new order.
